Turning off mouse movement option?

I've been looking in the options menu for some time now and cannot figure out how to turn off mouse player movement. I have no idea why this is not an option when you click on mouse options..... Every time I slide my mouse up or down it moves my character and makes playing annoying as hell.

 

Can someone tell how to disable this? Id like to try and play Heartland without these bs issues.

If you didn't see it in menu, ask someone to look for you: Options > Mouse/Gamepad > Vertical mouse movement ("novert emulation" in old versions) > On/Off.

So I followed your advice and asked my mom to help me look for me and even with BOTH of our eyes looking we still did not see the "Vertical mouse movement" on/off option. Maybe you can tell me where it is from these pictures of the only options in the mouse/gamepad options menu.

 

I'm using Eternity Engine 4.02.

Just put Sensibility Vertical = 0.

Also Miscellaneous -> Novert emulation On. 

 

These two methods work for me. Hope I can help.

(I don't use a mouse, I aim with the trackpad.)

 

But using Sensibility Vertical 0 you cannot mouselook so maybe just novert On.

I tried to set them to 0 but I was still able to move after doing so. I set both to 0 at the same time and same thing, I was still able to move with the mouse.

 

Is there no way to turn this off? This is maddening for me.
