No, that's TNT: Revilution, which is a great wad. But Revolution! is a 2001 megawad by Thomas Van der Velden. Very different wads, but both are very good.

yeah, its actually called Revolution! (TVR!)

The TNT: Revilution comes from Re-Evilution to mark it as a sequel, and from Revolution, because it development was really messy and ended with a good number of mappers and authors forming their own project outside of the intended TNT2: Devilution that is still in development, hence, it was a TNT: Revilution!
