Browser Doom

Hey, today I was at school on the school laptops like usual just burning sometime until I was bored and thought. "Man I really wanna play some Doom right now" My first couple searches were unlucky and just brought me to laggy dos emulator sites. Until I stumbled upon https://browser-doom.io/ I love browser doom because its fun and easy, its really easy to get in and out of plus if your an unfortunate Chromebook user. That's a good option for you, just wanted to say here that browser doom exists and even if you do have a computer with an emulator like dos box or a sourceport like gzdoom. I would recommend giving these a quick play, also has crispy doom support. (fyi im not just playin games in class im actually payin attention)

you need the wad files for that so if your in school id recommended putting your wads on google drive and re-downloading them on your school computer 

you wouldn't have to do this if 90 percent of school is useless

True enough, was just trying to look for fixes.

Sadly that doesn't work for me even though I have the WADs.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't I don't know why, when its not working I use wadcmd

It is working fine now but I don't know how to upload mods like Brutal Doom or others

Try looking at the site's FAQ, it explains that you can upload WADs yourself to play custom content. It also explains the following:

 

• Browser Doom uses a port of Chocolate Doom and a port of Crispy Doom

 

Meaning mods like brutal doom will not work.

School computers are much more moderated these days, they may not support downloading external files.
