1 ViolentBeetle Posted February 2, 2022 You probably converted the image into a wrong palette. 0 Share this post Link to post
2 Mr. LBN Posted February 2, 2022 As ViolentBeetle said: You most likely converted to the wrong palette. 1. Try re-importing the Custom Level Name Image to your pWAD. 2. Right click the file, and select "graphic", then "convert to". 3. When the Window pops up you should see at the top "Convert to:" and a drop down rectangle. Change that to DOOM GFX (Paletted). 4. Make sure both "Current Graphic" & "Converted Graphic" both have "DOOM" selected (this is found directly under the images). 5. Profit! 1 Share this post Link to post
1 Nefelibeta Posted February 2, 2022 Convert it into Doom not Existing Global 0 Share this post Link to post
0 dyshoria Posted February 2, 2022 Try making the text when you download it to a png that the cyan is gone. If that doesnt work use MAPINFO or DEHACKED to change level names:) 0 Share this post Link to post

Only "converted graphic" needs it when you're converting a PNG or BMP (the source image will use its internal colors regardless). Changing the "current graphic" palette is only needed when converting graphics that use an external palette, like Doom graphics. Also the whole deal of having to select a palette for converting into can be skipped by setting a Doom IWAD as the base resource archive. 2 Share this post Link to post
