I'll start assembling the wad tomorrow. Everyone with maps done needs to send me them. If you're not done you need to hurry and get done. We do still have open maps so if you can find anyone to fill the slots, or you yourself want a slot, let me know. We have a few E3 slots empty.

It's doubtful I'll release episodes alone. We did a demo release and it was kind of like the "shareware" version. I imagine I'll release the full megawad when it's done, but that might not be for another month or two.

Plus it all depends on whether or not I even recieve all the E1 maps. I only have a few so far.

really? nami will be happy to hear it. she was pretty down over the fact that only 10 mappers or so had their maps done by the SECOND deadline, and i can't say i blame her. right now, no new deadlines have been set.

but now that i think about it, nanami mentioned that Thomas van der Velden claimed E3M1 already. so maybe you could do map23 (E3M3) instead?

I dont intend to put you down, but mappers are generally a very unreliable bunch, I would be very (pleasantly) surprised if you are finished before the end of this summer.

I've learned a lesson though. I'm never doing a community project again. =)

I've had time to make my map, work on ZooM and another project, go to work and school (even going in early, getting up at 6:00, sometimes working until 7:00, including Saturday), and I really could have made the map about 100x bigger than it is. I can't see why anyone would have any excuse. =/

Some people can be slow mappers or may also have busy lives, you know. Even if its not as busy as yours, it still doesnt mean its not busy at all. Surely you must have thought of this in advance. But this seems to be coming along well so it most likely will be done before the end of summer. :D

i think you should probably get in contact with everyone who conveniently missed the due date and ask them if they're still working on the project. this is going to take forever if we have people listed who aren't ever going to hold up on their end of the bargain, and have to find replacements later.
