Duke3d had some. You can easily convert it into a doom sprite.

I have 3 or 4 already converted to the doom pallete. i would be happy to send them to you :P

You could always create one using a image editor like photoshop, paintshop pro (a favourite amongts doomers), or even mspaint. Anything that edits bmp will do.

But i can assume that you stink at computer drawing or something (no offense).
