Map03 Inaccessible Area

There is an area only accessible with noclip in the Crude Processing center, in Map03, there is a elevator that leads to a switch in one side, and a secret exit in the other side, but that exit just leads to map04 like the common one, what would be that area?

I took a look at the map in doom builder, that is a deathmatch only area.
