New "Lost" Duke Nukem Forever Ambience Found

That heartbeat underpinning it all, and how it gives way to a kind of mechanical breathing until the end, is genuinely unnerving - like you're trapped inside something far too big for even Duke to handle. Can you use the shrink ray on the level itself?
