Here are all of the items AND enemies found in Doom 3, I will do this for every level and maybe later it will be more detailed and I've detailed everything there is on all difficulties. I am currently adding all enemy triggers (T). Enemies without T are always spawned.

The Shotgun Z-Sec in EP Control Unit is unnecessarily dynamic and uses these covers depending on where you are:

Cover 1, crate at the top of the stairs- 5 shots, 0.5-1.5 seconds behind cover, can only be used once

Cover 2, crate at the end of the hall- 5 shots, 0.5-2 seconds behind cover, can only be used once

Cover 3, wall where the zombie ragdoll was- 5 shots, 0.5-3 seconds behind cover, shooting fov is bugged because he will be pointing at the wall most of the time

 

I think this should be on the wiki's walkthrough page and I also fear this topic triggering for spam. I have just updated this to include enemies.

So I've dug deeper into the missing shell, I downloaded Doom 3 and spent an hour and a bit trying to find it: and I did.

 

It's near a computer-table in Energy Processing (RAR-a4) I THINK and that's why I need your help. Why doesn't it spawn? Small shells in this level aren't affected by difficulty.

 

I need help.

Future Bonciu here, I was really dumb at using the editor. The shell also doesn't spawn in the BFG Edition and it is replaced by a large shell pickup in the EP Control Unit. Just disregard this. All info on this guide is updated and so far I have gotten every enemy to spawn, except that darn trite and a lost soul in Delta 1.

I am having trouble finding an item once again. I don't want to terrorize the people on the wiki on discussion pages so I'll terrorize you instead :)

In the original release there are 4 grenades pickups, the wiki says that in the BFG Edition there are 5.  I could only find these:

 

If you find anymore of them please tell me. I have already spent too much time finding a clip in the last level that I thought was missing.

That would be amazing! I don't want to vandalize Quasar's beautifully written walkthrough with an item list, but I still think that this should still be on the wiki. Thank you once again. I'm still not good with editing a webpage and adding a table.

There are 3 health stations instead of 2 (as listed on the wiki) in Enpro Plant:

As you can see, the one in the storage hall isn't present in the original. This is the only instance of a health station being added in the BFG Edition that I know.

I was wrong again! There are *two* extra health stations in the BFG Edition in this level!  Also a lot of items have not been removed or added like in other levels, but moved around. One imp even got removed.

If you don't like a list of items like this one or the text walkthroughs on Doomwiki, then I present you this thing that I made for some reason that nobody asked for!

Not a self promotion or anything I'm just showcasing all of the items in this level. This is the maximum bitrate for Windows Movie Maker 2008 so no 4k 120 fps :(

Hasn't been approved on the wiki for a reason. Still bless you Quasar.

 

Also because of the new changes in Bethesda's bundles, I now have the original Doom 3 in my library and that means that I can now legitimately use the editor.

That means that the northernmost point in the entire UAC is the Delta Labs 1 Warehouse, the southernmost point is Chamber 2 in Enpro Plant, the westernmost point is Storage 1 in Recycling 1 and the easternmost is the Cyberdemon bossfight room in Primary Excavation.

 

Also fun fact: You can interact with a panel in Service Room 1B in Communications Transfer to start up the scanning machine. It doesn't do anything though.

I found the small medkit, and of course it's gliched too, like an Imp, a Wraith and a zombie. This level is just too much for me.

You can still pick it up through the corner if you wish. I still want to contact Lil' Devil to see how he got the original item counts, but I don't know how to find him.

500 VIEWS LET'S GO

Now I can reveal why I'm actually writing this:

I downloaded the Prima Guide PDF and I wanted to print it at a printing place. Unfortunately, it was too expensive, so I decided to write a guide myself which turned to be more complete than Prima, but without the flavor text. Unfortunately to Quasar I will continue writing walkthroughs more similar to the Prima guide on the wiki. This is my full time job.

Fun fact: Doom 3 has destructible environments. You can destroy a pipe in Recycling 1 by exploding 2 barrels and you can shoot many of the lights in Enpro.

???? Can someone explain why there are 5 imps stuck in each other? I could only trigger one when you pick up the ammo belts that are on the right.

 

Edit: Nevermind, it's not a bug like basically the last level! You can actually trigger them all by standing where the ammo belts are and not approaching the spawning imps. I just noticed BMD found this too in his walkthrough!

Even if it has an absurd number of imps and traps, I still like the level and its layout. It has a fair amount of returning to familiar areas in unusual ways, but 36 IMPS AND 5 OF THEM AT A TIME BY PICKING UP AN ARMOR COME ON. And I still haven't found a lone trite. It's in that cave tunnel, but I can't get it to spawn. 

This has taken me the most out of any level and I hope future levels are simpler in enemy placement.

THIS is the trite that is giving me problems. It is facing left, so it should be coming from behind you. If you look closely the script-line-thingy goes past him, and is connected to the leftmost trite and the other 2 trites that spawn behind you, past the pinky in the image. He doesn't spawn in both the original and the BFG Edition. Please help.

I've just watched over 50 minutes of Doom 3 editor tutorials just to see that this fella (trite_16) has no triggers, no spawning animation, is facing 180 degrees and has "hide 2" (appears only when triggered) so basically I've learned nothing and perhaps there still is a way to get him to spawn, (future Bonciu here no there isn't), only if there were more people interested in getting a specific enemy to spawn in a specific level in the least popular main series Doom game.

Just noticed that the general faq still says that "Doom 3 is the latest Doom game by id Software". That's how much people care about this side of the forum.
