First of all, a disclaimer: This week's Euroboros Community Session will happen tomorrow on Friday instead of Saturday! The reason for that is the classic Doom Odamex Horde Mode event happening in QuakeCon that I [Kaapeli47] will have to participate in arranging! Tomorrow's Euroboros Community Session will feature another deathmatch session in a legendary deathmatch mapset from the year 2000: Execution Deathmatch! The deathmatch shenanigans will commence tomorrow on Friday, August 19th 2022, at 8PM CET / 2PM EST! The Execution Deathmatch project (Exec for short) features 18 smallish to medium sized deathmatch maps designed by Vincent Fong, Nick Baker, Luke Cama, Simon Howard, Justin Saunders, Schronzki and Echo. The mapset also features custom graphics, such as a new statusbar, new mugshots and textures, designed by Vincent Fong, Roger Tweedie and Nick Baker; as well as original MIDI compositions by Fong, Issac Wycoff, Marc A. Pullen, Pete Tomaselli and Steve Fontaine. At the time during the turn of the millenium, Execution Deathmatches was one of the few deathmatch mapsets with the most varied creative content: new levels, new graphics and textures, new music and new mixed sounds.
