What's your idea of a brutal Minecraft or brutal Terraria.

Terraria is already brutal as it is, I would vote for Brutal Minecraft, gibbing the Creeper ought to be fun, also the other mobs as well.

Well we need Death animations and Glory kills for Terraria kinda like brutal doom!

I was trying to find a tactful way to put this, but yeah. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but you don't have to make a new thread every day. Heck, it doesn't look like you reply to other people's threads much, so why not join conversations for a bit instead of starting them? Get the room temperature and all that.

Come on, man. Try for some more thought provoking threads. For example, if you would have asked "what game do you think should get the brutal treatment?" you wouldn't be getting these replies. But like you'll notice people here like to be jokey on a lot of threads, and given that this thread, as well as the two entire very similar AVGN-related threads you posted in as many days, are based around not very deep subjects, I don't understand why you're all bent out of shape that we're not circling up for a super serious conference about it.  Especially given that the amount of thought you've personally put into each of these threads doesn't go any deeper than a cursory "I think this! What do you think?" Like if you're going to start a thread called "Brutal Minecraft of Brutal Terraria" you might at least attempt to describe what either of these ideas would look like, something, anything to make it seem like you're actually trying to start a discussion of some sort.

We really, really don't because late game terraria is about killed dozens of enemies in a single hit and the idea of having to go through the hundreds of mobs from the Moon and Pillar events by "glory-killing" every single one of them seems like the most tedious video game torture one could imagine.

 

Now, how about Brutal Tetris? Make those tetrominos explode into gore when you get a full line. Get the entire pit covered in blood when you pull a tetris, so that you don't even get to see the pieces that are falling and you loose. Brutally. Sounds awsum and kewl and l33t to me!

It was a joke once upon a time to add "brutal" to the title of something innocuous and unfitting, like Minecraft, to the point where Brutal Chex actually happened and leant into the meme.
