Dweller Posted October 22, 2022 I'm working on a simple techbase starter level and the smaller square area should lead into a larger square-ish area that's gonna be an office section, but the walls aren't showing up. 0 Share this post Link to post
1 rouge_means_red Posted October 22, 2022 (edited) The ceiling is at the same level of the floor. When you create a sector, it copies the properties of the sector it touches, and in this case looks like it copied the height of the door between the two rooms 2 Share this post Link to post
1 Silhouette 03 Posted October 22, 2022 Did you just create the room? If so go into that area in Visual mode. look up and raise the ceiling. 2 Share this post Link to post
0 Dweller Posted October 22, 2022 I fixed it! I do have another question, what do I need to do to make a door? I remember it has something to do with linedefs and which way they point, but not much else. 0 Share this post Link to post

0 Dweller Posted October 22, 2022 I think it's probably too small of a starting level, but this is what I've come up with so far: Spoiler 2 Share this post Link to post

I should be finishing my own map, but if you'd like I can try it out and give feedback on better level design for the future, I can even give some neat videos and resources to get started. :) 1 Share this post Link to post
