Veddge Posted February 25, 2023 For the past couple months, I've had increasing difficulty sleeping. I don't realize it, but I'm staying up far later than I should and when I do sleep, it's restless and unfulfilling. It all started around the time I tried to finish a tribute map to someone I lost recently in my life. 4 Share this post Link to post
Solmyr Posted February 28, 2023 As of now I'm not having any of that, however i had sleep paralysis episodes from time to time, they usually happen after days of sleeping 4 hours or less coupled with persistent feelings of anxiety. I always experienced the paralysis part, never had any hallucinations even after opening my eyes to look around, hell most of the time i can barely see my surroundings as everything looks so fuzzy and blurry. When it happens i feel mostly awake but still can't think properly, i try to force my body to move only to get no response or a weak wiggle from my toes and fingertips, i can barely swallow, and when i try to scream, only a weak barely audible zombielike wail comes out. There were times in which i could move one of my arms somewhat, and try to pry open my eyes, only to barely see what's in front of my field of vision and everything is in a haze. The general feel of the experience is that I'm trapped within my body in what it feels like an eternity. Horrible stuff on it's own right and thank god i don't get the nightmarish hallucinations that comes with it. 1 Share this post Link to post
taufan99 Posted March 1, 2023 I've fortunately never had one so far, but just yesterday I dreamt about experiencing it. Nothing too unnerving, as I could wake up from it inside my dream, even if it did feel intense in the first few seconds. 0 Share this post Link to post

Yousuf Anik Posted March 16, 2023 Happened rarely to me. As if something, like a shadow is holding me tightly and I can barely move or do anything like opening my eyes. 0 Share this post Link to post
