AukonDK Posted March 3, 2003 Just wanted to call your attention to the GP32, a wonderful little opensource handheld "console". It's Korean, and offical games are few and far between but the greatest thing is that it can be easily hooked up via USB to your PC, uses standard SmartMedia cards for storage (up to 128MB) and has a clock speed of close to 133Mhz. It's already running Doom (no sound yet) Heretic (clipped sound) and the Lucasarts SCUMM based games. Not only that but Emulators for the SMS, NES, PC-Engine, Spectrum and C64 are working well and developing all the time. It would be really good to see more Doomers developing the Doom/Heretic/Hexen ports cos there only seems to be one guy doing it right now. http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=7&products_id=812& or in UK - gbax.com 0 Share this post Link to post
