E-Gad!! someone took my DLL file!!!

I recently had to reinstall windows 98, but now when ever I try to start Zdoom gl (v0.73) I get the message

A required .dll file, MSVCP60.DLL was not found.

I also get this message if I try to run jdoom's kick start (but Jdoom it's self runs fine). I'm gessing I've forgotton to install someting

Help anyone?
