Is there any way to make Hexen and or Heretic 1 have higher resolutions?

I read on a site there was a version made by R-comp that allowed 800X600X16 mode. I would love to play hexen and or heretic in that resolution and colour mode. How can I? Is there a source port somewhere or something? That's the minimum resolution I will play it in, I would also like 3D Accelerated Graphics support to please.

ZDoom (which works with Heretic and Hexen now) and JHeretic should have higher resolutions. There's probably a few more, but I can't think of any more right now.

ZDoom has higher resolutions, JHeretic has higher resolutions and OpenGL support. They're the best two (all the others have at least some flaws).
