then again, there's the licensing problems (which i still haven't gotten back from nuke on, maybe forward my dm screenshot to him over twitter or vogons?)

I don't see why it'd be a problem. The recordings themselves aren't being used commercially; if someone takes that and then uses it on a YouTube video or something, that'd be the fault of the video uploader, not the guy who made the recordings.

 

Granted, I could see why adding a clause would be good.

a registration of D_DRIVER.mid taken from the LoR wad with my SC-8820 in SC-55 mode so you can hear if there is any difference :)

 

Beware the SC-8820 in SC-55 mode might sound a bit different from a SC-55 but the original one is kinda expensive nowadays :)

Yeah, I want that... authenticity, y'know? Not software emulation, but real hardware.
