What would you like for a collector's edition

If they made a collector's edition of this game upon release, what would you like for extras?

I hope they do make one and include an art book like the one with WarCraft III. Seeing all their sketches and schematics would be sweet!

Any words on if they will be doing a collector's edition yet?

that's a good question.
pewter miniatures are always cool. a good t-shirt would be nice.
and something odd... like a real flare with the DOOM3 logo on it or something unique like that... or a UAC badge or something you just wouldn't expect. oh, and make it expensive too, we don't want every yahoo to own one.

There should be 4 different collectors editions :

Doom 3 on multiple CDs (only in version 1 and 4)
Doom 3 on DVD-ROM (only in version 2 and 3)
Ultimate Doom, Doom 2, Final Doom, Heretic, Hexen, Hacx and maybe Strife as a Doom Engine Games Collection (only in versions 3 and 4)
Doom 1 and 2 soundtracks on CD (the MP3 versions)
History of Doom DVD
Doom 3 storyboard book (that comic book that BNA! is talking about)
The Doom novels (heh)
The Doom comic book (heh x 3)
Masters of Doom (that new book)
Book of ID (came with the ID Anthology)
Doom 3 strategy guide (not that I'd use it, but it'd still be cool)
Doom 3 mousepad
Doom t-shirt
Doom poster
Maybe an "extras" CD full of cool goodies like the alpha version of Doom, some behind the scenes screenshots and other cool Doom goodness

I don't think they should have an engine collection. That's pushing it a little too far. For a collectors edition I just want the game on DVD, a cool looking box, a big manual with a few extras in it, maybe a mousepad and a poster. I dunno, hard to do the poster thing seeing as it would be folded which I don't want.

The most important thing would be a CD will all the previous Doom-engine games on it.

Come to think of it, that ought to be part of the basic package.

A book of concept art if the best thing I can think of. A mousepad might be cool... pewter figures always rock... heh, along those lines, why not a plush demon or something. That would rock.

Tim Willits mentioned that the whole game was sketched out in a 70+x page comic book - I think this one would make a valuable addition for the collectors edition.

Another thing I can think of would be some "making off" material and last but not least some of the high resolution 3D models they've used to create the normals for the ingame characters.
