Diema Posted September 18 (edited) Quote The teleporter rends you from one point in space to another; and in that moment, you are lost. The teleporter sickness is soon replaced with the stench of rot and pus, wafting from beneath your feet. You find yourself in another place, perhaps even in another time. Old technology sputters, waterlogged with rotten flesh; twisted halls sprawl before you, traipsing in alien curves in all directions. This lost place whispers to you, the spirits of the damned calling you deeper. This place is not the heart of the invasion, merely the threshold. One map for PsyDoom. Likely does not run in any other port. Originally designed for native PSX gameplay and a continuation of Silent Outpost*, but packaged here for PsyDoom for convenience. Please use the Final Doom 1.0 disc to play this map. This map's layout is intended to be somewhat alien and confusing on first glance; most of the level is optional. Take your time, explore. Estimated playtime is 10-20 minutes I think. Contains a secret exit. As an aside, this is about as big as the level can possibly be in PSX limits. Do with that information what you will. Let me know what you think. Download: FORTWSPR.ZIP * You can find Silent Outpost here: 8 Share this post Link to post
taufan99 Posted September 19 I noticed your earlier Silent Outpost map as well. If you want all monsters to have sounds outside of the assigned map from the vanilla PSX DOOM/Final DOOM, you may incorporate ALLMAPS.LCD and DOOMSND.WMD from the extras/psydoom_mapping folder from the GitHub page into the same folder as the custom map(s). 1 Share this post Link to post
