Darkstalker Posted June 10, 2003 Since I'm gonna buy my computer soon I'm thinking about buying a Wacom tablet but I don't know anything about them. Any suggestion to whats good for the price, experiences(good/bad), size, precision, etc ? I want to put 100-200$ max on it. 0 Share this post Link to post
Lord FlatHead Posted June 10, 2003 I bought the budget version, Wacom Volito, for about $50. It's pretty damn good except for the small drawing area. I'm sure Zaldron could tell you what to buy, except he doesn't drop by here often anymore. 0 Share this post Link to post
Lost Soul Posted June 10, 2003 Personally, I put all my faith in my Wacom Graphire 2. Decent drawing space, and a nice price. 150$ CDN, 99$ US. Plus all the software goodies that come with it. Now If only I had the time to really use the damned thing.... *re-chains himself to his animation desk. 0 Share this post Link to post
Manc Posted June 10, 2003 I have a Wacon Intuos 5x4 tablet that I never use. I tried it out a couple times and just didn't care for it like I thought I would. Of course, it's really fuckin' tiny (I'd prefer a 9x12 at least), but in general I just didn't like drawing with it. I prefer to draw and scan still, or use the mouse. 0 Share this post Link to post
