Using DeHackEd with Zdoom

I am not sure how to make a dehacked file run with zdoom, and I need help. I also need to know how to add a wad file to zdoom. Thank you ahead of time!

The same way as with any other source port.

zdoom -file wadname.wad

Actually, just 'zdoom wadname' will work too :)

I added this to the exe, but nothing happens. It plays in regular Doom mode.

I just tried that, but now it crashes and says "W_GetNumForName: CONCHARS not found!".

You can also just drop your WAD onto the zdoom.exe icon. This was broken a (long) while back, but if you have the latest version, it should be fine.

Edit: Just seen your CONCHARS post which popped in whilst I was typing the stuff above. If you are getting that message, you are running zdoom 1.22 or a very old 1.23 beta. The conchars lump hasn't been required by Zdoom for a long time now. Grab 47.cab from the link above.
