Thats was a first thing that i scanned yesterday with a friend's scanner... Again and again im getting my art 2 late for the Contests...

Please, don't mutilate the English language for your own sake.

As to not seem like a total jackass who pounds you for your language, I will attempt to answer your question: The skulls could be levers (for some complex reloading sequence), or they could just be some sort of extra devices (containing vicious chaos tech that help the gun work).

The boring version of my answer would be that the skulls are just decorations that our friend wasted threw in to make the gun look cool - they don't necessarily have to serve any other purpose than that.
But let's hear what Wasted says.

2. Hmm, my guess is that these very skulls contain some green_sicky_chemicals or gas, so you can shoot rockets at the long range and use weapon as a chemthrower in close combat.
