RTC 3057 Palette

Using wintex on rtc 3057 wad I noticed it seems a different palette is used.
I ve seen a texture which looks like water, it s called ENERGY.
So my question is does zdoom allow changing the doom palette?
(BTW rtc3057 is the better zdoom wad I ever seen.When the homepage of the project will be completed?)

Almost any port, including the original .exe and (obviously) excluding ports which increase the palette to 16-bit or 32-bit colours, lets you change the palette.

Interesting, what is the tool I need to change the palette?

Inkworks will let you alter it, dunno how to really mess with it.
