Linguica Posted September 1, 2003 Monkey Island is almost certainly the wittiest game ever made. I assume you've played it so I don't need to give examples. You've played it, right? 0 Share this post Link to post

mystic Posted September 1, 2003 Cannon Fodder had me lmfao at the death sounds/animations when you have to keep shooting the little guy until he stops yelling. Z has lots of funny bits especially when you are losing, your little robots tell you 'your crap, your useless, we hate you'. Im sure thats the reason a lot of folk never liked Z, that combined with a lack of cheats. Atomic Bomberman has some funny bits too but my fav games for humour are the GTA series (the radio stations on GTA 2 especially) and Redneck Rampage, the whole game is a joke but some of the audio tracks are hilarious. I also love 'The Hitch hikers guide to the galaxy' text adventure, thats a classic just like the books. I agree those adventure games are clever, monkey island, sam and max etc. Another text adventure I loved was 'Jacarinda Jim' it was shareware and I never did get around to buying a full version with hints and tips so I never got past the cave with the gorilla. 0 Share this post Link to post

Aliotroph? Posted September 1, 2003 The Worms games by Team17. Those are just classic! The quotes are good, the animation is funny, the weapons are awesome. It's just all good! 0 Share this post Link to post
Disorder Posted September 1, 2003 Beneath a steel sky was very funny too. Altough the backgrounds and visuals were sometimes very serious, the comments made by Joey, your robotic sidekick, were very funny.Rob Foster: "How do we get to groundlevel?" - Joey: "See that metal bar?" Rob Foster: "This one?" - Joey: "Jump over it.."Heh 0 Share this post Link to post
