Doom Legacy

Lately I've been playing Doom legacy in open gl mode, it rules !

So in ceartin places, lets say I was playing requeim or even final doom areas of the walls seem to be missing, I can see right into the next room.
When I open a door, everything becomes distorted and I cant pass through.

This doesn't seem to happen with Doom and Doom 2, but some areas in Final Doom and a bunch of custom wads. Is there something screwed up with my Doom legacy, or is it just another bug yet to be fixed ? It does not do this with Z Doom. And how do I get open gl to work in ZDoom, or do I have to download a seperate program ?

Maybe you should look around the Legacy page or submit this bug to the developers.Maybe they dont know about it.

Generally the problem is that some wads use tricks and quirks of the original doom engine. OpenGL rendering is done completely differently to the original, so it will never be able to render perfectly.
