wouldnt it be cool to make DooM warhammer.

they did it with lord of the rings so why not DooM?

personally id love to send a collection of imps into battle against an army of pinky demons!!

There have been at least two WH40K FPSes and a new one is coming out very shortly wherein you play a Tau warrior.

I'm pretty sure there's been a Space Hulk FPS as well, though I think it was only on Sega Saturn.

Space Hulk was also on PSX, but it was slow and ugly compared to the Saturn version. haha.

Ressurrect: Range: 6" Use during rally phase. Subtract the original number of wounds from the leadership roll. If successful restore a single dead model in the target unit to life.

Heh... I've wanted to see a spacehulk mod for doom for such a long time.

I wonder if it would be possible to rip the terminator and genestealer sprites from the PC computer game. In fact, I remember a while ago I scanned in some of the board sections from the original game and made some textures out of them. I wonder if I still have them someplace...

There are some genestealer sprites floating around somewhere. They were used in Massmouth 2 for example. Not that they are that pretty.

I started design on one once...nothing serious, but I had an idea for a "sequal" where it focused on a single marine who's squad all died and he's the last survivor. He was Pluvious, iirc. All that's left is two songs that I wrote for it now.

We (Lostsoul, has it and I play it ;)) have the 2nd version with the really cool colored pieces, if that helps?

yeah, I've got the second ed. pieces under my bed someplace... I was thinking if I still had the scannings I made of the pieces.

Alas not. They made bitching textures.

If it is those ruined gothic church pieces I think I still have the box somewhere.

I don't know if my parents' scanner are up to it though.
