Yeah thats a skin made by DaniJ666 for the model pack shotgun. You should be able to get it from here : newdoom.com/hosted/ddaylinks

[edit: or rather not. Its been removed, so he probably has plans to use it in the official pack. unfortunately hes away for a while, so just hang on a bit.]
