Enjay Posted November 16, 2003 You'd think a question like this would be asked a lot, wouldn't you? Some might even say frequently. http://www.doomworld.com/vbmisc/faq.html#nstf 0 Share this post Link to post

Some might even say frequently. http://www.doomworld.com/vbmisc/faq.html#nstf That's why I invented this: Hello mephisto00, I'm The Ultimate DooMer, one of the /newstuff chroniclers on these forums. If you have a wad you want to release, the best place to send it is the DooM archive. The Doomworld FAQ will tell you how to do this, and may also answer any other questions you may have about newstuff. The wad will then be reviewed on Sunday by myself or one of the other reviewers. If you have any questions, my contact details are on the bar at the bottom of this post. 0 Share this post Link to post

chilvence Posted November 16, 2003 Theres a simple solution to this. Activation of your account should require that you log in once and view the FAQ page for at least 15 minutes. If you attempt to leave, it becomes 30 minutes. If you try to close the window, your hard disk is formatted. A legal disclaimer from this can be placed at the bottom of the terms and conditions.....in small print....in blue text. 0 Share this post Link to post
Ichor Posted November 16, 2003 And what if they change their minds while viewing the FAQ and decide not to register? 0 Share this post Link to post
insertwackynamehere Posted November 16, 2003 I created the FAQ on my school forum. But considering only the Mods, and geeks hang out there, no one needs it. :-P 0 Share this post Link to post
