Error on Deepsea with Doom2 Wad

Recommended Posts

I dont know wats going on but when i choose doom2 as my iwad(its version 1.9)and i try to start it up it gives me a bad dir=with some numbers.

I dont know if my wad file got screwed up or something but it works fine with doombuilder.

Deepsea is actually fitted with a gaylord detection feature (amongst many other things). Looks like you got sniffed out.

I'm assuming you are using Version 11.83.

Just a difference in error detection (pretty gaylord to put something like that in eh). There is no direct message of that type in DeePsea, so it sounds like a message generated by Windows when an I/O error occurred or a different program?

Please post the exact error message text and I can easily tell.

Btw, ALL directories are exactly the same format regardless of IWAD, PWAD or game. Seems to have worked successfully for over 9 years :)
