spamdom random

Recommended Posts

spam has gotten worse these days, but i would rather deal with it over spyware. i just turn html off in email setting (as well as automatic downloads)
however there are new ones that make absolutly no sence at all.
example

augustus ashmolean titmouse augusta collapsible maneuver
apple raj childbirth sting cauldron instinct
effectual sustenance polar pin apparatus

thats the message, among the html code that is.
i mean WTF is this shit, anyways i bet many of you have been getting this too. if not check the html code for it.

this is rather funny in that confuseing sort of way. i just really noticed this last night, however messages like this started appearing in my inbox over a month ago

I've seen them before, too. I'm guessing that it's their way of getting through your email filters. They also use fake HTML codes between random letters.

That's spammers attempts to confuse Bayiesian filters.

And for god's sake, use an alternate client instead of Outlook!

Outlook is the best.

Bayesian filtering doesn't do jack shit against stuff like this, by the way.

Spamassassin does a half decent job, but I've got a write-up about how Spamassassin and Bayes, if used in conjunction, can fuck itself right over and let every single piece of spam through ever, just because Bayes is letting through the random crap.

I'll put that up some time.

The funniest spam I've gotten was one whose subject line was, "Guard Your Computer From Your Wife." It's for a product called Evidence Eliminator.

I used to regularly get

"Your dick as big as a baseball bat"

As a message title that was supposed to entice me.

I'm sure most of you have had that one at some point. I have, my wife has, my daughter has (thanks spammers).

My question is this:

Other than making a fortune as a freak in a side show, and if we all took up the option - then I wouldn't actually be a freak - why would I want it? What good would it do me? I can't see it making my life easier - quite the contrary. Imagine having that huge thing tucked down my trouser leg. Walking would be difficult enough under normal conditions. What if I got "excited"? I'd be incapacitated and may even pass out due to lack of blood going to my brain. It'd probably mean me losing my job in a school (which I quite like). Actually doing the wild thing would probably become nearly impossible. Finally, I certainly don't plan on using my knob to hit home runs (if that's what you are supposed to do in baseball) so why would I want it as big as a baseball bat?

Nowadays, spammers seem to be a lot more subtle. They are sending messages with titles like "Re:Fw:Fw:" to make you think it's a message forwarded to you by a friend (and presumably to not be caught by filters) so if you are daft enough, you open it "just in case" and presumably get treated to a porn pic and link, and maybe a virus or something to reconfigure your browser or dial-up settings.

My brother got spam once that was entitled -

Disgusting Farm Sluts

I laughed hard, for a long time about this. That is simply the funniest attempt at trying to lure me into porn that I've ever seen.

back in my win98 days and when i had html allowed in outlook.
the message i got said
"Are you a baseball fan?"
in side was a animated gif file of a woman with a ball bat in her pussy.

i also use to see "young farm sluts" and "watch me slid this hoarses cock in my mouth" my god! these people are twisted.

I noticed that in the last week ive gotten a LOT of spam at my @aol email address. Actually, all I get at that address is spam, since I've never bothered to find out what that email address is to give out to people. I blame aol for spamming their own customers.

Fucking reamed. ugh.
