Fanatic Posted January 27, 2004 I use Record Producer Deluxe: http://www.voyetra.com/site/products/rp/serieshome.asp Used it for everything from my old DOOM 2 MIDI's, to my latest live guitar and MIDI combo music. Good stuff. EDIT: I also have used anything from an old AWE32, AWE64, Turtle Beach, and now Sound Blaster Live! for hardware. 0 Share this post Link to post
ShadowRunner Posted January 27, 2004 Did u need to buy the software,or did the demo allow recording? Woah,i can edit midis with that program and save it.Thanks Dude :) 0 Share this post Link to post
Fanatic Posted January 28, 2004 I think the demo is a 30 day type of thing. But if all you want it MIDI and no digital audio, they have a record producer version that only does MIDI, and last I checked, it was like $20. I've used this program for many many years, and it's by far the easiest I've ever used. 0 Share this post Link to post
Fredrik Posted January 28, 2004 I use Cakewalk Home Studio (an old version, apparently for Windows 3.1 but works in Windows XP as well). I got it with a MIDI keyboard which I've stopped using. Newer versions of Cakewalk are available in stores and there are demo versions on the Cakewalk website. I use a SoundBlaster Audigy soundcard that works decently. 0 Share this post Link to post
