Both of the big gunfights in Aliens are great. The first one is pretty amazing, in fact.

The final fighting scenes in Equilibrium were really cool, especially the final confruntation where they practicly sword fight with guns. It was cool. :D

I dunno, I guess I don't watch any movies with shootouts in them. I tend to tune out during action scenes anyway (they usualy bore me). I've always thought the way arrows fly is cool though, so any movies that have bow and arrow shootouts are cool (LotR). :P
