Something weird in the msn

When I logged into msnmessenger, I noticed that an email with my brother's full name was asking me to add the email to my contacts. I did add it, but when later I chatted with my brother I asked him about the account and he denied having asked me.

Long story short, I deleted the account, but I also noticed that the account hadn't been registered by anybody, so I was wondering if anybody had this problem before.
