A question on requirements.

Does anyone know how many gigs of hard drive space the game is going to need? I haven't seen any info on that as of yet. Not really an important question, just curious... Thanks!

yes if u look into the forums, it is said the testing version is already more than 1.5 gb.

Well - as I recall (correct me if I'm wrong), UT2k3 was something like, three or four gigs, and I would be DOOM 3 will be at least a little more than that.

I'll call it five gigs. :)

I believe Todd Hollenshead, CEO of id Software, mentioned something along the lines of "we'd rather release the game on four CD's than one DVD". So if this is the case (which is plausible), four to five gigs of HD space is a pretty good guess.
