Sharessa Posted April 12, 2004 Flint police said officers were called to the scene and also recovered a BB gun and a broken toy gun on the grounds of Gundry Elementary School. OH NOS Who is brining toy guns to a Elementary School? THE ANIMALS! Anyway, I guess its good advice to not hide anything near an elemetary school or church around Easter. Those kids can find anything. 0 Share this post Link to post

Kids will find anything anyway. Hell, I remember a friend finding a 30 rack in the woods during recess one time. 0 Share this post Link to post

Sharessa Posted April 13, 2004 Heh, that reminds me of something. At my high school, there was this maple tree which had leaves that kind of looked like marijuana. One day, me and a couple friends took some of the leaves and taped them to another friend's locker with a note attached: "Eric's Stash: Please Don't Take". So we had a chuckle and went outside on the walkway and talked for like five minutes. Then we went back in and all the leaves were gone. :P 0 Share this post Link to post
fodders Posted April 13, 2004 Associated Press A church trying to teach about the crucifixion of Jesus performed an Easter show with actors whipping the Easter bunny and breaking eggs, upsetting several parents and young children. People who attended Saturday’s performance at Glassport’s memorial stadium quoted performers as saying, “There is no Easter bunny,” and described the show as being a demonstration of how Jesus was crucified. Melissa Salzmann, who took her 4-year-old son J.T., said the program was inappropriate for young children. “He was crying and asking me why the bunny was being whipped,” Salzmann said. Patty Bickerton, the youth minister at Glassport Assembly of God, said the performance wasn’t meant to be offensive. Bickerton portrayed the Easter rabbit and said she tried to act with a tone of irreverence. “The program was for all ages, not just the kids. We wanted to convey that Easter is not just about the Easter Bunny, it is about Jesus Christ,” Bickerton said. Performers broke eggs meant for an Easter egg hunt and also portrayed a drunken man and a self-mutilating woman, said Jennifer Norelli-Burke, another parent who saw the show in Glassport, southeast of Pittsburgh. “It was very disturbing,” Norelli-Burke said. “I could not believe what I saw. It wasn’t anything I was expecting.” 0 Share this post Link to post

Later, the Easter Bunny was assulted by two stoners who were in turn assulted by a mob of angry children. :P 0 Share this post Link to post
