Cars in ZooM?!

Yeah, the maps vary in theme, sort of like Mario Kart or that Diddy Kong racing game. Although some are pretty dark (like Sithe Mountain), a lot of them are bright.

Also, the lighting in that level is 160, which I figure is pretty good for now.

I'll be impressed when somebody makes moving cars out of level geometry


It never will be, because its "Un-doomish", just like Jumping, OpenGL, 3D Bridges, Scripting, Mouselook and all of those other things that havent been made

Hm, even "cars" that change the player's sprite and make you move faster while in them (and have a 'steering wheel weapon' would be good, like the one in ghostbusters doom but 'flexible'..i was gonna make a "run over the nazis in your capri" level in gaydoom..but i ended up not even starting it heh)
