Hello, i was jsut wondering about BEX. files. will those work on DooM Legacy?

if there is any good feature/support that other ports have, legacy will lack it.

True 3D floors (not those grate like structures with invisible things for blocking). Would be nice to see them in Zdoom as well. ;)

In the c++ version, there is BEX in, and in the near future for the C version it might also be in, if we're lucky.

YES, I would love to see true 3d floors in ZDoom. Don't know if it could be done....could it?

Does the bandwagon ever get crowded there?

I don't think .bex will make it into the C version, but support has been added in the C++ branch, as Iori said.

Nope. (not without a total re-write of the engine code)

Actually, it could be done without a re-write, either by using flat sprites (ala Build) or simple 3D models.
