DOOM64 problem

Recommended Posts

When I downloaded the Doom64 TC, I installed it, and then ran it but everytime I did I'd get a message saying "DD_InitDGL Loading of DrD3D.dll failed (error 31)." << What does this mean and how can I fix it? This happens everyetime I run the .exe for the game. The README said I didn't need "doomsday" so I hope it's not that.

update your direct x drivers. then check to see if your video card's memory is over 32mb.

Listen, the new version is a stand-alone. Remember-YOU DON'T NEED JDOOM TO PLAY DOOM64TC!
Do NOT install Jdoom to Your D64TC folder, ever! Just for future.
D64TC runs on it's own in a separate folder, once You install D64TC that's all.
Install Your Jdoom to a different folder.. Many people make this mistake, because Kaiser (Deathman) created the new exe, which is based on Doomsday's executable-it just has a couple of new things (Like glow height modifier).

I prefer the old version, wich includes the intro and deathmatch maps.

Considering how much your upgrading everything else your processor upgrade seems not good. You should go for something in the 2 GHZ range.

The T-Birds run really hot as well, the higher they're clocked.

actually, that's the highest my mobo can handle, and i don't want to mess with a new mobo, and a computer is out of the question right now.
