Spawn stucking lostsouls possible?

Is there a way I can spawn a group of lostsouls that close to each other that they'll stuck together in each other and don't move until they are shoot apart? I want this in a ZDoom map.
I need them at a certain height. Teleportflash may or may not be there, it's not that important.
Any idea how to do this?

More like a 3d walkway similar to those platforms in "Rise of the Triad". Setting them up that way in a map is no problem, but spawning them that way is a different thing. I want the player to find a secret switch first, which then spawns the lostsouls. They also should be shootable at any time.
