Recommended Posts

Wonder if any of our fellow, more mature forum goers will find a reason to point out the good in Ray Charles dying, as they seem to do with every other celeberty death.

Heh, this can't end well.

Can't say I have the faintest idea what his music is like. He always seemed pretty cool though. A lot of bad shit happening this past week . . .

I see your problem, your sarcasm detector is broken. It'll be eabout 3 weeks for the part, and another 2 hours of labor.

In the mean time, you'll have to do without it.

But yes, Ray Charles was a good musician, and I liked his work in Blues Brothers. He did live a full life, though, so we should be glad for that.

Rest in peace.

Ray Charles is the kind of the guy that deserves some honor. Shame he didn't live to 100.

He sang an awesome rendition of America the Beautiful at opening day for the Red Sox last year. Too bad it was a shitty rainy day and the game was canceled.

I was always told that celebrities always dies in three's.
Regan is #1, Charles is #2, now we wait for #3.

Dick Clark got off the boat with Noah and shows no signs of dying any time soon.
