N64 Emu w/ Hexen.v64?

Does anyone know an emulator which emulates Hexen.v64 perfectly or at least mostly accurately? I have the rom and own the original cartridge, but since I don't have the game on PC... But anyway, as you've probably guessed by now, the rom is in .v64 format. Um...Help?

V64 is simply a type of N64 rom.
