Looks okay to me. Perhaps it looks rough, but that's the image quality of your digicam. Maybe try fiddling around the settings of your digicam, use a bit of lighting maybe, or just simply use photoshop\mspaint to make it clearer.

It's grainy like that because I was in a program to color it and was working to make it black and white and then color it. In the process it came out the way it is. I thought it looked kind of interesting, so I left it that way (with the black grainyness).

The imp doesn't have enough spikes and the spikes that it has aren't big enough. But its a good picture

Thanks everyone, I agree that it needs larger spikes and more of them. But I wont redraw it or anything like that, I'll draw something new...
