I dunno.. it's alot of moving stills... and then looping cycles like the feather.... then the choppy rotation... alot of cheap tricks like panning rocks...the character changes styles halfway through.. a few shots are directly copied off dragonball z...

Plus it's anime... copied poo anime...

Edit: Oh.. and 'real animators' don't use tracing paper last I checked.
