Bashe Posted July 18, 2004 Doesn't have Photoshop have a smoothing tool? Or is that Paintshop? Which one has the smoothing tool. 0 Share this post Link to post
Bashe Posted July 18, 2004 How do I get to them? I mean, how do I access them within the program? Hey, I'm really new PS. 0 Share this post Link to post
Amaster Posted July 18, 2004 I think you're thinking of the smudge tool. Very light use of the blur tool can give you a "smooth" look. It really dpeneds on what you're trying to do. What exactly do you mean by "smooth"? Colors? Edges? 0 Share this post Link to post
ducon Posted July 18, 2004 Gaussian blur? Use Gimp instead, it's free and libre. 0 Share this post Link to post
Bashe Posted July 18, 2004 Well, I have some rough edges and I just want to make them look a bit more..."natural" and smooth. 0 Share this post Link to post
Amaster Posted July 18, 2004 I woulld suggest using a clipping mask rather than trying to cheat with the smudge and blue tools. But again, it really depends on the image. 0 Share this post Link to post
