ERROR 1305.ERROR

I need help, trying to install on first disk then about half loaded I receive error message, please help.

ERROR 1305.ERROR reading from file D:\setup\data\base\pak002.pk4 Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

What has been installed shows: C:\programfiles\doom3\base\rakoo2.pk4

my problem is at the end of the installation with pak000.pak4 or whatver it is

so basicly says it cant read a file from the CD you think i should just try getting a new CD???????
