You're at least another 2-4 hours away in gameplay time. Trust me, you've got a ways to go.

I'm assuming you're at that waste plant... I think afterwards you have to go to the Monorail and into Delta Labs. After the Delta Labs, you'll get sucked into the portal and you'll go STRAIGHT TO HELL.
