Doom Ed and 3dMax

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for info on how to get textured/mapped geometry from Max into the editor.

Also, where to put textures, how to make multi textures.

Unfortunately I do not know of any 3DSMax plugins for Doom 3. It is feasible that one will be created soon. For the most part, Id software's modeling team used Lightwave. I hope you have $5,000 or a really good internet connection... (not suggesting anything, you know...)

Just export to .ase - Doom3 can read it just as .lwo LightWave files.
