Grid coords not showing up

In my doom 3 editor, grid coordinates aren't showing up within my "Z" or "XY Top" etc.. windows.

How do you turn them on?

Do you not know what I mean? In video's I've watched, when stretching out a brush something like this shows up along the sides, in red:

I get the red line but no size :P

i think i may have the same problem.

For now, Im using the coord numbers at the bottom of the screen in improvise

Too bad for us id dosent have a troubleshoot guide yet, eh??
