Doom 3 cpu boss

After I had finished off the cpu boss (the one with wheels for legs), I just don't get out of the room we're in! He just stayes dead in the middle of the room and I have nowhere to go! I have gotten the BFG weapon too. Can anyone help me?

yeha i got stuck there too, look for a secret hole in the wall in one of the rooms that unlocks after he dies

its a little dumb you have to find secrets to go on

Its in the garage he first came out of.

There's a hidden vent on the left side of the garage where Sarge came from.
