the risk is very serious. to the river and to the people. however i can imagine that the river has worse stuff in it too. basicly those people where in a bioharazrd situation. i am surprised no one got ill and sued them, maybe that is part of it. however i dont think it is the band who is responsible, the bus driver and company should be held liable. i don't think good ol' dave was like. "hey, an open boat below the bridge! lets empty the shitter, quick!"

i remeber when some sick fuck shit in an elevator at school. they had to scrub the whole area down. there have also been incidents at work with shit. one woman's kid shit in an isle, she refused to clean it up. we the began to call the police to press charges, destruction of property, however befroe they got there she cleaned it up. when i worked at krogers i saw the same thing happen. another time someon brought in one of those little rat dog poodle thigns into work. it shit and pissed on an endcap, the woman tried to run out of the store but we caught her. we ended up pressing charges on her, and now no dogs in store.

At my senior year of highschool, some sick fuck would take their shit and smear it all over the bathroom, and even formulate sentences with it. Not only was it disgusting but the janitors got real pissed off and considered quitting at one point.
